InfiniView CreatorOS and the Infinitum LIVE Creator Network are operated by Infinitum Imagery LLC, a United States company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Everything below reaches a real person. We do not use a contact form, because this is a static host with no form backend and a form that quietly drops your message would be worse than none.
General and creator support
Use this for questions about the app, the network, applying, your account, or anything not covered below. If you are already a network creator, the fastest route is the Support Center inside InfiniView, which attaches your account context automatically and reaches your manager. Email works fine if you cannot sign in.

Corrections to a guide
If something in the guide library is wrong or out of date, tell us. Email support with the subject line "Guide correction," and include the page URL and what needs fixing. TikTok's rules change and we would rather hear about a stale passage than leave it up. Every guide carries a last-updated date so you can see how current it is.
What we cannot do
Being direct about this saves everyone time. Infinitum LIVE is an independent creator network. We are not TikTok, we are not endorsed by TikTok, and we have no ability to:
- Reverse a ban, strike, restriction, or moderation decision on your TikTok account.
- Restore or grant LIVE access, gifting eligibility, or monetization features.
- Recover a lost or hacked TikTok account, or change anything about your TikTok profile.
- Guarantee earnings, growth, or any outcome on the platform.
For any of those, TikTok's own support channels are the only route. What we can do is help you understand the rules, avoid the mistakes that cause restrictions in the first place, and work on the things that are actually in your control. That is what the guides are for.

Infinitum Imagery LLC builds InfiniView CreatorOS, the free app that Infinitum LIVE creators use to track LIVE performance, complete Creator Academy training, find battles, and reach a manager.
