These terms govern your use of this website, including the public guide library and the other public pages hosted here. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
Scope. This page covers the website. Signing in to InfiniView CreatorOS, joining the Infinitum LIVE Creator Network, and any earnings or roster obligations are governed by separate documents you review and accept in the app: the Terms of Service, the Creator Agreement, and the Community Guidelines. Where this page and those documents differ on a subject they both address, the in-app documents control for account and network matters.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Infinitum Imagery LLC, a United States company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, which builds InfiniView CreatorOS and operates the Infinitum LIVE Creator Network. Contact: support@infinitumlive.com. More detail is on the About page.
2. Eligibility
The public pages on this site are free to read and require no account. Creating an InfiniView account or applying to the network requires you to be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Do not create an account if you do not meet that requirement.
3. The guide library is educational, not a guarantee
The guides published here describe practices we have seen work across a creator network. They are educational material and nothing more. Specifically:
- They are not a promise or projection of earnings, follower growth, or any result. Outcomes on a third-party platform depend on factors outside anyone's control.
- They are not legal, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for those.
- They are not TikTok's rules. Where a guide describes a TikTok policy, eligibility requirement, or monetization feature, TikTok's own current documentation is the authority. Those rules change, and availability differs by country and region.
- They may become out of date between updates. Each guide carries a last-updated date.
We are an independent creator network. We are not TikTok, we are not endorsed by TikTok, and we cannot influence TikTok's moderation, eligibility, or enforcement decisions on your account.
4. Intellectual property
The text, layout, design, code, and graphics on this site, along with the InfiniView™ and Infinitum LIVE™ names, logos, and brand assets, are owned by Infinitum Imagery LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Copyright © 2023–2026 Infinitum Imagery LLC. All rights reserved.
You may:
- Read, print, and share links to any public page.
- Quote short excerpts for commentary, teaching, or review with clear attribution and a link back to the source page.
You may not, without written permission:
- Republish a guide in whole or in substantial part, on any platform, including as reworded or machine-generated derivative content.
- Use our name, logos, or brand assets in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist.
- Sell, license, or bundle our material into a paid product or course.
- Scrape the site at a volume that degrades service for other readers.
TikTok and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify those services. For permission requests or infringement reports, email support@infinitumlive.com.
5. Acceptable use
When using this site, do not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or non-public areas, including the signed-in app.
- Interfere with the operation of the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls.
- Interact with advertising in an artificial or invalid way. Clicking your own ads, encouraging others to click ads, or using automated means to generate impressions or clicks is prohibited and is also a violation of Google's policies.
- Impersonate us, our staff, or our creators.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
If you find a security issue, please report it to support@infinitumlive.com rather than disclosing it publicly, and give us reasonable time to fix it.
6. Advertising
The public guide pages display advertising served by Google through the AdSense program. Every ad is labeled "Advertisement." We do not control which specific ads appear and an ad appearing next to our content is not an endorsement of the advertiser, its products, or its claims. Transactions with an advertiser are strictly between you and that advertiser.
Advertising does not appear on the signed-in InfiniView web app, on this page, on the Privacy Notice, or on the Contact page. See Section 5 of the Privacy Notice for the cookie disclosure and opt-out options.
Editorial independence: no advertiser pays for or reviews the content of our guides, and guide content is not written to favor any advertiser.
7. Third-party links
This site links to third-party sites and services, including TikTok, Google, and app stores. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
8. Availability and changes
We provide this site on an "as is" and "as available" basis and do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, move, or remove any page, guide, or feature at any time, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, with respect to this site and its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinitum Imagery LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of this site or reliance on its content, even if we were advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here waives any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence.
Note that account and network disputes may be subject to different terms, including any dispute-resolution provisions in the in-app Terms of Service and Creator Agreement.
